Development and refinement of a unique ocean outfall process that negates the requirement for usage of divers other than for inspection purposes. Managed the successful installation of numerous ocean outfalls with a further six ocean outfalls currently under construction. Provision of mine maintenance contract services to Renison tin mine Tasmania for 6 years. Initiated the growth of the Polymer Welding Sevices to be the largest private client to Vinidex and Kellog Brown and Roots (KBR) preferred non ferrous pipe welder resulting in a listing with Austrade for overseas work.

Projects undertaken include the successful installation of more than twelve ocean outfall's involving both directional drilled and towed submersible pipelines ranging from 180mm to 800mm diameter and length up to 850m. Supervised various mine maintenance contracts and major pipe installation projects including BHP's Minerva Gas project in Victoria and the Fosterville Gold Processing plant in Bendigo. Management of the workshop support and logistics required for the Roxby Downs Uranium plant refurbishment project in South Australia and the Tasmanian Aquaculture and Fisheries Institute development. Team leader responsible for all in house training of personnel and fully qualified polymer pipe welder in accordance with the requirements of the Plastics Industry Pipe Association of Australia.
